You are unique and so is your story, therefore so should your therapeutic approach. I combine talk therapy, brainspotting and brain mapping to create an individualized therapeutic plan for each client.

Rooted in parts work which assumes that each of us has many different parts to our mind and psyche. This creative approach can help you map out your unique topography of your psychological landscape.
